We only rent properties to people who are in full time employment and who meet our referencing policies. Once a property has been selected we may use a referencing agency to process our applications and a decision is normally given within 48 hours. The referencing agency may carry out a credit check on prospective tenants.

Once references have been approved and a date has been set for completion tenants will normally be asked to pay 2 months money (the 1st months rents and damage deposit). Occasionally, some landlords may instruct us to ask for more than 1 months rent as a deposit.

Once a prospective tenant has chosen a property they wish to apply for an arrangement fee of £195.00 will be payable. This fee is non-refundalbe if the tenant changes his or her mind about the property or if references prove unsatisfactory.

The minimum tenancy period is 6 months.
