Jackson Pyne Limited gather and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection Regulation and laws. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how, why and when we process your personal data.

Jackson Pyne Ltd’s registered office is at Gemini House, Sunrise Parkway, Linford Wood Business Centre, Milton Keynes, MK14 6NJ and we are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 758129603. We are registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office Register; registration number Z7282876, and act as the data controller when processing your data. Information That We Collect
Jackson Pyne Ltd’s Storage processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way, other than as specified in this notice.

The personal data that we may collect from you is:
• Name- we hold this in order to know the name of our customers
• Address- we hold this in order to visit your address to carry out duties of our contract with you where necessary, as well as for verification purposes
• Date of birth- may be held in order to verify customers identity for security reasons
• Telephone number- we hold this in order to contact customers regarding work
• Email address- we hold this in order to contact customers regarding work
• Contact Details for References to assistant in the evaluation of clients
• Bank Details- in order to carry out transactions for payments and refunds with clients
• Passport Number or photocopy- to verify identification
• Driver’s License Number or photocopy- to verify identification
• Company information- we hold information about the structure and organization of customer businesses for the purpose of tailoring a bespoke service to individual customers.

We collect information in the below ways: -
By email, over the phone, lease and license contracts, online forms, photo copies.

How We Use Your Personal Data
Jackson Pyne Ltd takes your privacy very seriously and will never sell your data. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purpose(s) specified in this notice. Where you have consented to us providing you with promotional offers and marketing, you are free to withdraw this consent at any time. The purposes and reasons for processing your personal data are detailed below: -
