We understand that one of the main reasons to instruct a managing agent is to alleviate the hassles of preparing a property for a new tenant. Not only are there extensive laws in place outlining a Landlord’s obligations, but the start of the tenancy can often dictate the tone throughout, and how your property is handed back at the end.

As your agent, Jackson Pyne can organise the following pre-tenancy essentials:

· A Landlords’ Gas Safety Certificate

· An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

· Full-colour photo inventories and check-in reports

· A professional Clean to bespoke standards

· Decorative and maintenance work prior to managing a property

All you need do is hand us the keys, and our tried and tested contractors will arrange their own access.

From our experience this select few are as loyal to us as we are to our clients, but we are constantly seeking feedback on the standard of work delivered to ensure the Jackson Pyne reputation of professionalism and attention to detail, from start to finish, is maintained.

*In some cases where exploratory work is extensive, the quote may not be free, although in most cases the cost of this is deducted from the total cost once work is completed.

We’ll conduct a full inspection with colour photos at least twice a year for any property we manage. Complete peace of mind, free of charge.
