“One of Milton Keynes’ leading letting agents, Jackson Pyne, has extended its tenure with the Milton Keynes Lightning as the team’s primary sponsor for the 2012-13 season. The move means Nick Poole’s men will bid for silverware with Jackson Pyne’s distinctive logo in a prime location on the front of their home, away and warm-up shirts.

Founded 12 years ago and based in Stony Stratford, Jackson Pyne focuses solely on lettings and property management with a network of properties, landlords and tenants covering not only Milton Keynes but also right across Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

The club will also welcome a new sponsor this season in the form of motor servicing and repair garage MK Diagnostics Ltd, in addition to successfully retaining almost every key partner from last season. The long list of businesses who will continue to see their logo feature on the team’s kit in return for partnership services include prestigious, nationally-recognised brands Planet Ice, David Lloyd Health & Fitness, Campanile and Northgate Vehicle Hire, as well as local businesses Body Limits, Motive 9 website design, Red 19 ice hockey equipment, B2Promo Design, and Hobgoblin Music.

Roberto Rausa, Manager of Jackson Pyne, said the increase in awareness of the  company’s brand during last season meant that continuing the arrangement for 2012-13 made sound commercial sense.  “Not only was our logo seen at every rink that Lightning visited around the country, but we gained a great deal of exposure locally which was obviously extremely valuable. The Jackson Pyne logo was on every replica shirt worn by supporters, and by being on the players’ shirts it was consequently on every photograph of them in local newspapers and ice hockey websites – not to mention their matchnight programme and website. Many of our tenants and landlords have mentioned seeing our logo thanks to Lightning, so it seemed natural to continue the partnership into next season, because it’s such a cost-effective way of advertising”.
